Nova Awnings will accept a return up to 30 days after the buyer receives it. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.

You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund. This includes the original packaging must be in good condition with all labels and box contents still attached.

Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match the seller's description.
The TOP FIX BRACKET is covered by a 5 year replacement warranty. Warranty covers all parts of the awning and warranty is Australia wide.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from but not limited to any of the following:

Wear and tear associated with normal use

Any modification, abuse or accident

Removal or any manufacture Label(s) or Sticker(s)

Any improper operation including any use not in accordance to manufacturer manual

TOP FIX BRACKET failure / damage due to improper installation

Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect in material or workmanship
